1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. This excludes Sundays and government holidays.
2. Are there shipping charges on prepaid orders?
- Prepaid orders above ₹1,000: ✅ Free shipping
- Prepaid orders below ₹1,000: ₹150 shipping charge applies
- Prepaid orders below ₹1,000: ₹150 shipping charge applies
3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, but with the following conditions:
- Order value must be between ₹1,000 and ₹20,000
- COD is not available for orders below ₹1,000 or above ₹20,000
- Order value must be between ₹1,000 and ₹20,000

4. Are there any extra charges for COD orders?
Yes. A non-refundable ₹250 COD fee must be paid in advance (separately from the product bill). This is required to confirm the COD order.

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD with conditions). Details are on our Payment Info page.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

1. What is the return policy for professional vet & grooming equipment?
Returns for these items are accepted only if the product is unopened (sealed outer and inner packaging) and returned within 15 days of invoice.
Warranty is available for 6 months for manufacturing defects only.
