This policy is intended to provide you peace of mind that, subject to the terms below, if any product purchased from ABK Grooming proves to be defective or unsuitable for you or your pet, we will gladly repair, replace, or provide you with a store credit for your return.
If you decide you no longer want a product you ordered from us within seven days of the order's delivery, you can return it to us for an exchange or a store credit as long as ABK Grooming receives the item in its original packaging and is resalable. We do not provide any refunds for returns/exchanges.
Cancellation of Orders
In the event you have placed an order and wish to cancel it before the shipment has been dispatched, please notify our customer service team on WhatsApp via +91 95119 60778 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund will be made to the original method of payment if the order was paid for in advance. Orders paid for with cash on delivery that is refused at the time of delivery will not be subject to refunds or store credits.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. You can choose to accept the delivery, or alternatively, reject the delivery/refuse to accept it. Once the order has been returned to us, if the order has been prepaid then a refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. No refunds/store credits will be issued for orders placed on cash on delivery that is rejected at the time of delivery.
- The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the consumer reports them to ABK Grooming within 7 days of delivery because they were delivered damaged or defective.
- Any personalized product e.g., personalized engraved identification tag Bedding, crates, pens e.g., mats, beds, blankets, tipi tents etc.
- Cat litter, trays & accessories
- Cat furniture and scratchers
- Grooming Products
Please be aware that the preceding list is not all-inclusive. There may be other specific products that could not be returnable unless they are defective
ABK Grooming’s discretion for non-returnable items
If the product cannot be returned, ABK Grooming will decide whether to accept the return or not. A return fee might then be necessary, which would be equal to the delivery cost incurred to arrange the return or any other fee that ABK Grooming judged suitably. Before confirming the return or exchange, this would be explained to you at the time of processing the return request and you would need to give your agreement.
In addition to the above, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Any return request that is submitted post 7 days of the order being delivered
- The product has been used or altered in any way or form
- The product has been damaged through abnormal use i.e. incorrect use by you
- The returned product does not have the original packaging, labels etc or if the original packaging has been damaged e.g., torn.
Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be offered
Receiving a return item
Please be aware that we cannot provide you store credit or exchange the goods if we receive an item without the original packing or if it is received broken, unclean, or used (unless defective). The item will either be given away to a needier if you choose not to have it delivered back to you at your expense.
This will be decided when the product is brought into the warehouse of ABK Grooming for examination.
We will arrange a return pick-up from our delivery partner. It will be your obligation to ship the item to us at the following address if, for any reason, we are unable to have it picked up from your location.Warehouse Address :

We can arrange a return or exchange for you once the product has been delivered to our warehouse. Please be aware that ABK Grooming will not reimburse you for any delivery costs you spend while returning the merchandise.
