TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE (Revise from 01.11.2025)
I. Return and Replacement Terms —
For VET / Professional Grooming Equipment -
- Any return shall be accepted only if the product is in sealed packed condition including the outer and inner packaging and within 15 days from the date of invoice.
- The warranty for these products is only for the manufacturing defects and for 6 months from the invoice date. Warranty is not applicable for normal wear & tear of the product or physical damage.
- In case of defective products within warranty period, seller shall at its own discretion and after satisfactory inspection, either repair or replace the product to the buyer at the expense of the seller.
- In case of products outside the warranty period, customers are eligible to send the product to the authorized service center of the seller and get the product repaired at his/her own expense.
For Treats, Accessories and Other Products – Return Policy
- Returns for treats will be accepted only if the product is received in good condition, including both the outer and inner packaging, and provided that the product has not exceeded one (1) month past its expiry date. Products returned beyond one (1) month from their expiry date shall not be eligible for return, replacement, or any form of credit note or reimbursement from the Seller.
- Returns for accessories shall be accepted only if the products are in good condition, including both outer and inner packaging, and are eligible for return as per the applicable policy. The buyer must ensure that all outstanding dues are cleared as per the agreed payment terms prior to the acceptance of any returns.
2. Under no circumstances shall any refund of payment be made against returned products.
The buyer shall be entitled only to a credit note, which shall be adjusted against replacement products or future sales orders.
3. Transit Damages
In case of any damages, the same shall be informed on the docket or LR and informed to transporter in writing and the same information shall be passed to the seller within 2 days of receipt of goods with necessary proofs.
