Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +91 95119 60778 or email at support@abkgrooming.com. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Orders placed with the Cash on Delivery option that are refused at the time of delivery will not be refunded or credited.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. You may accept or refuse the delivery. For prepaid orders that are refused at delivery, a refund will be processed. Please note, however, that cash on delivery orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Cancellation Charges
Orders placed by the buyer are subject to cancellation charges based on the order fulfillment stage:
- Any time after order confirmation: 5% cancellation fee.
- After packing but before dispatch: 15% cancellation fee.
- From dispatch to delivery: 25% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy for Returned Products
- No Refund on Returns: We do not offer refunds for returned products under any circumstances.
- Credit Note Issuance: Upon the return of products, buyers will be issued a Credit Note. This Credit Note can be adjusted against any outstanding dues or applied to subsequent sales orders.
