Return, Exchange, and Store Credit Policy

Welcome to ABK Grooming! We are pleased to see your interest in our products. We are committed to providing high-quality professional grooming and pet care products. This policy is designed to offer clarity and peace of mind when it comes to returns, exchanges, and store credits.

Overview

  • If you wish to return a product within seven days of receipt, you may request a return for exchange or store credit
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued, except when ABK Grooming cancels the order due to product unavailability
  • Return timelines may vary based on location
  • Products are typically picked up and processed within 10–12 business days

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all products listed on the ABK Grooming website, including:

  • Bathtubs
  • Dryers
  • Grooming tables
  • Clippers
  • Grooming tools
  • Cosmetics
  • Other professional pet grooming products

Return Eligibility - General Products

  • Request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product unused and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging with labels intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products
  • Bedding, crates, pet pens
  • Cat litter, trays, accessories
  • Cat furniture and scratchers
  • Grooming products

ABK Grooming reserves the right to classify additional items as non-returnable unless defective.

Return Eligibility - VET / Professional Grooming Equipment

  • Product must be sealed (outer & inner packaging intact)
  • Return request within 15 days from invoice date
  • Defective products repaired/replaced after inspection

Warranty for Grooming Equipment

Warranty varies by product and brand, covering manufacturing defects from invoice date.

  • Does NOT cover wear & tear
  • Does NOT cover physical damage
  • Defective items repaired/replaced after inspection

Post-Warranty Service

  • Repair available at authorized service centers
  • All costs including shipping borne by customer

Store Credit Policy

  • Returns processed only as store credit
  • No cash refunds except order cancellation by ABK Grooming
  • Store credit issued after inspection approval
  • Timeline: 10–12 business days

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Request raised after 7 days
  • Product used or damaged
  • Missing packaging or labels
  • Incomplete packaging

Discretionary Returns

  • Accepted at ABK’s discretion
  • Return fee may apply
  • Customer approval required before processing

Cancellation Policy

  • ₹250 COD charge collected upfront
  • Refundable before dispatch
  • Non-refundable after dispatch
  • Shipment cannot be stopped once dispatched
  • Return to origin → store credit issued
  • If ABK cancels → full refund to original payment method

Return Process

  1. Raise return request within eligible timeframe
  2. Pickup arranged by ABK
  3. If unavailable, customer ships product
  4. Inspection → exchange/store credit processed

  • Shipping costs are non-reimbursable

Inspection & Rejection

  • Returns may be rejected if not in original packaging
  • Used, damaged, or unclean products
  • Missing components or labels
