When you have a dog, you incredibly quickly grow to love them and they quickly become like your family members. While playing with them is always fun and you never know where the time goes, catching their attention can be challenging and can pose a serious problem when it comes to obeying commands and behaving a certain way.

Establish a Routine

Ignore the negative, reward the positive
Every time your dog displays the appropriate behavior, praise them and ignore them when they behave in a way you don't want them to. Rewards don't always have to be tasty treats. Try alternative constructive rewards instead, such as kisses, loving pats, or verbal praise. For dogs, positive reinforcement is quite effective!
Dogs love to seek approval from their family members, so when they are told that they are acting like nice dogs, it means a lot to them. It is a two-way street for dogs when we experience happiness and vice versa!
